Man (20) in serious condition following hit-and-run in Dublin last night
A MAN IN his 20s has been left in “serious” condition in hospital following a hit-and-run in Dublin late last night. Gardaí have today launched an appeal for witnesses to the incident to come forward. A 20-year-old male pedestrian was struck by a car on Cork Street at around 10.15pm. Emergency services and gardaí attended the scene and the injured man was rushed to St James’s Hospital by ambulance where his injuries are understood to be serious.
